FOFO Model – Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated

In the FOFO model, you fully own and operate your BuyBuyCart store. Minimum area required is 500 sq ft, with an investment of around ₹5 lakh in stock and ₹4 lakh in setup, and there is no franchise fee or royalty. You handle staff salaries, electricity, and day-to-day operations, and with proper management you can typically target returns in the range of 12–15% on your investment.
FOCO Model – Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated
In the FOCO model, you invest, and BuyBuyCart runs the store for you. Minimum area required is 3000 sq ft, with about ₹30 lakh stock cost and ₹15 lakh setup cost, again with zero franchise fee and zero royalty. In this format, BuyBuyCart takes care of staff, operations, and electricity while you enjoy more of an investor role, with expected returns also in the 12–15% range, managed by an experienced retail team.
