To avail of this service please mark the tick in front of “Try and Buy” while placing your order. For our new customer's terms for this service may differ. This service will not be accessible during big sale days but will be available soon after such events.
BuyBuy cart allows independent sellers from all over the places to sell their products on this online platform. The prices of the products are only decided by the seller itself. It may be possible that the same product is being sold at different prices by different sellers. By fulfilling all the legal requirements BuyBuyCart allows all the sellers to present their product on this online marketplace.
As BuyBuyCart allows sellers to sell their products at their choice of price, it is possible that a particular style of an item is being sold at different prices by multiple sellers. The price appearing on the page may not be the lowest price of the product for that particular design. This happens as we select which seller’s price will be displayed. This is done based on various parameters and price is only being considered as one such parameter. Furthermore, you can see various prices offered by different sellers for a particular design once you click on the item.

An order can be canceled before it is out for delivery. However, in certain cases of specific logistic partners, this is not applicable. There’s an option for canceling the order under the My Orders section. If you are unable to cancel the order online, you are free to refuse it at the time of delivery.
We always try to deliver your orders in the best condition. We are known for our on-time delivery service. Based on the amount of your cart, there might be a certain delivery charge. On an order above the threshold value, all the orders are free.

Our return policy allows you to exchange or return the orders for various reasons. These return requests must be made within the return period for an item. The product must not be used and should be available with tags in the original condition. Upon contacting us, we will send one of our clients at your doorstep who will check the condition of the items. On a successful quality check, the amount refund request will be initiated in case of returning orders. For exchanging an order, the item must not be used and kept under the best condition. Our delivery agent will come to you with the updated item. After a quality check, the previous item will be taken back and the newer will be delivered.
Yes. You are allowed to modify or change the address before your order has been processed. You can change the address by clicking edit orders online.
For payments through Cash on Delivery option, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods, the refund amount will be credited in 7-10 working days (Bank Holidays excluded).
